Opportunity-as-a-Service · pronounced “oasis”

Software fits the average user. You are not the average user.

OoaasS builds a bespoke AI operating harness around your leadership team, so decisions that used to take three departments and six weeks happen in one session.

01

The seat that fit no one

When the US Air Force designed its cockpits around the measurements of the average pilot, the seat fit virtually nobody — and pilots died. The fix wasn’t a better average. It was an adjustable seat.

Off-the-shelf AI is the fixed seat. It’s built for the median user, and if you run a nine-figure operation, you are nowhere near the median. Every week your leadership team spends adapting to generic tools is a week of decisions made slower, opportunities left unchased, and risk left unexamined.

We don’t sell the seat. We build the cockpit around the pilot.

02

A harness, not a tool

OoaasS is a bespoke AI operating system for your executive team, designed, installed, and run with you by a dedicated Operating Architect — one accountable person who translates strategic intent into working AI infrastructure.

A

One session, every silo

A single working session around one decision produces the CFO's financial summary, the CTO's technical spec, and the CLO's risk framework simultaneously — from the same source of truth. The alignment meeting disappears because everyone is already aligned.

B

Memory as an institutional asset

The harness inherits your organization's context — precedents, standards, past decisions — so its output is consistent with how your firm actually operates, and that knowledge survives turnover instead of walking out the door.

C

Board-ready governance

Every deployment runs through a command center: visibility into how AI is used across teams, proactive flagging of compliance gaps, and an auditable record of how each decision was reached. AI your board can defend, not just tolerate.

03

Every executive is already pressing one of three buttons

Teach Me

The Harness

We build the harness with your team. Capability compounds inside your organization — a permanent institutional asset you own. This is what the Harness engagement is.

Do It For Me

Entry point

We run it for you. Fast relief for a specific recurring problem — and often the right first step, though the capability stays with us, not with you.

Do Nothing

Cost of Inaction

The default button, and the most expensive one. Doing nothing is not neutral; it's an unpriced bet that your market will wait. We call the running cost of that bet the Cost of Inaction.

04

Diagnosis before build. Always.

Days 1–30

Diagnosis

We map ownership, governance, and your highest-leverage leaks — where revenue is dropped, decisions stall, and risk hides.

Days 31–60

Strategy & sequence

One high-value workflow is selected and architected. No boil-the-ocean program — one workflow, instrumented, with a named owner.

Days 61–90

Implementation

The workflow goes live — contract intelligence, executive briefing, deal-desk acceleration — with adoption support until it's a habit, not a pilot.

Measured in revenue recovered, risk retired, decision latency cut. Never “hours saved.”

05

A note from the founder

AI initiatives rarely stall on technology. They stall between the C-suite and the functions — when Finance, Marketing, and Operations each read the same roadmap three different ways. I’ve spent my career at the seams of the business — communications, marketing, sales, operations — which is where good strategies go to die in translation. OoaasS exists to close that gap: one harness, one source of truth, every function landing on the same decision.

We’re early, and I won’t pretend otherwise — you won’t find a logo wall here. What I’ll show you instead is a diagnosis of your own operation, with stated assumptions and defensible numbers. And if the constraint we find isn’t worth solving, I’ll tell you that too.

— John Chinnery, Founder & Chief Facilitating Officer, OoaasS

06

The Strategy Study

We are taking on a small first cohort of enterprise teams for a multi-year Harness Strategy Study — organizations ready to move past AI experimentation into governed, measurable operations, and willing to build the model with us as first movers.

It starts with a single conversation: a fast, structured diagnosis call to identify the one constraint worth solving first. No deck, no pilot program, no commitment — a diagnosis.

Book the Diagnosis Call

30 minutes. If the constraint isn’t worth solving, we’ll tell you.

FAQ

What do we actually get?

A working AI workflow embedded in your operation, the governance layer around it, and a team trained to run it — not a report.

Who is this for?

Leadership teams of $100M+ organizations — CEO, CLO, CFO — and the operators one level down who will run the harness day to day.

Is our data safe?

Security and compliance language is under validation with our counsel — we walk through it in detail on the call before any data moves.

Why "OoaasS"?

Pronounced "oasis." Opportunity-as-a-Service: Software-as-a-Service rents you a tool; we install a capability.
